Centrifugal Hot Air Blower
A centrifugal blower (blower = fan category) uses a rotating impeller to accelerate air radially into a scroll housing and convert velocity to pressure. They are the go-to choice where moderate to low static and high static pressure, ductwork, filters, or particulate handling exist (e.g., baghouses, FD/ID boiler fans, pneumatic conveying, process ventilation). Typical industrial families include radial, forward-curved, backward-curved (inclined), and airfoil wheels.
Working Principle
An industrial centrifugal blower draws air into the center of a rotating impeller, accelerates it radially outward using centrifugal force, and converts the resulting high velocity into static pressure inside the scroll casing, delivering high-pressure airflow for industrial applications.
