It is best suited for coarse and medium dust particles, high dust loading, and high-temperature applications, without the use of filter media.

Working Principle
Dust-laden air enters the cyclone tangentially, creating a high-velocity spiral motion. Centrifugal force drives dust particles toward the cyclone wall, where they lose momentum and fall into the hopper, while clean air exits through the vortex finder at the top.
