Sequential Timer Machine
A sequential timer machine is an electronic controller used in pulse-jet cleaned dust collectors. It sequences the firing of solenoid valves to generate timed bursts of compressed air for cleaning filter bags or cartridges.
Working Principle
The controller is programmed with timing parameters such as ON time (pulse duration), OFF time (delay between pulses), and sequence order (which valve fires when). It energizes each solenoid valve in turn to release short bursts of compressed air that clean individual filter rows.
