Solenoid Valve
Solenoid valves in dust collector systems are electromechanical valves that control the release of high-pressure air pulses used to clean filter bags or cartridges. They are often manifolded and sequenced via a timer controller.
Temperature Range−20°C to +80°C
Working Principle
When the coil is energized, a magnetic field moves the valve plunger to open the high-pressure air path. A short burst of compressed air is sent to the filter element for cleaning. When the coil de-energizes, the valve closes almost instantly. This rapid cycling enables controlled, localized blow-back cleaning of dust filters.
